How much does a website from Burghardt.design cost?

A one-page website (the “Landing” package) starts at €350, a small website with up to three pages (the “Standard” package) at €490. Each extra page starts at €90.

With “Build + Care” we build your site at a discounted one-time price and then look after hosting, updates and backups from €29 a month.

The packages are starting points. We set the exact scope and price in a short call after your brief and put both in the offer.

Are these final prices?

Yes. All prices are final: as a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we don't charge VAT.

What's included in the price?

Every package includes a custom design built for phones first (mobile-first), fast loading, SEO basics and two revision rounds.

“Landing” is a single page with anchor-link navigation and a contact or lead form. “Standard” covers up to three pages with shared navigation, a contact form and a basic CMS option.

How does it work?

In four steps: you send us a structured brief online, which takes about ten minutes. We get back to you shortly and agree scope and price in a short call. Then we design a draft that you comment on through a private link. We revise it and put your site live — and, if you like, host and maintain it for you.

Do I pay a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is due when the contract is signed; it reserves your project slot. You pay the rest when you accept the finished website.

How many revision rounds are included?

Two. A revision round covers all collected change requests for one draft. Further rounds or changes beyond the agreed scope are agreed with you first and billed by effort.

Do you also handle hosting and maintenance?

Yes, with “Build + Care” from €29 a month: hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and included hours for changes. Extra hours are discounted; unused hours expire at the end of the month.

The contract runs monthly and can be cancelled at any time to the end of the calendar month.

Who are your websites for?

Small businesses and freelancers — for example restaurants, cafés and bars, trades and construction, therapists and practices, studios and portfolios, and local service providers.

Do you only work in Mainz?

No. We're based in Mainz and work with small businesses across Germany. The brief and feedback happen online.

What extras are available?

For example extra pages, an admin area where you edit content yourself, a blog or news module, booking and calendar, multiple languages, a pass over your copy, analytics with cookie consent, and managed hosting. We work out what you need in the call.

Do I own the website afterwards?

Yes. Once paid in full, you receive the exclusive right, unlimited in time and place, to use the designs created for you for your website and your own advertising, and to edit them or have them edited.

Do you write the Impressum and privacy policy?

No, we don't give legal advice. You provide your site's legal texts or have them checked by an expert. Technical measures such as a cookie banner don't replace a legal review.
